Thanks guys, message sent! Let me know if anyone else has recommendations as well, this is a building that needs a rehab so ideally an inspector who has dealt with investors before is ideal.

Hello All,

I am in the process of purchasing a 4-plex property in the Houston area. It is an older building that needs renovation. I wanted to see if anyone had a recommendation on a good inspector who is familiar with 4plex/multi family buildings? We are looking to renovate the building but I want to make sure there are no big issues with the property. Any input would be appreciated.

Thank you!

I'm thinking about trying to incorporate and find some investors who want 10-15% a month and expanding past one shop.

Do you have anymore info on this? Or how to do it?
