Hello Zach I am thinking of going to that meetup. From what I've been reading in the forums the local rei meetings sound like a good opportunities to hear from actual investors in the area.

@Mehran Kamari I am not sure which direction yet. Although my long term goal would be to buy and hold to build my portfolio. But for now I am analyzing the areas here in Washington to see what the major buyer pool is interested in.

Any input?
