Would love love love to be at these meetings, unfortunately there is a conflict - I am a trustee of the Murray Hill Neighborhood Association and they have their monthly meetings on the 2nd Tuesday of every month as well.

What are the chances of moving it to a different day (any other one would be fine) :(

I just spoke to Fidelity National Title Insurance Company. They appear to know what they are doing. If the title was transferred via a quit claim deed then they will not insure - please call them to get details. Their Wayne county office is in Livonia and the number there is 734-462-0002. Good luck
