Did you see the Legal 2 Family I have listed at 340 Scudder Ave, Northport?

I am looking to either rent from or partner with Landlords here in Suffolk County, Long Island that own small 1-3bdr single family homes. I will rent or partner with you on your property and host short term guests. At my properties I do not allow smoking, pets, or parties. The houses are professionally cleaned several times per month. Condo's and Co-ops could be a good option for you. As well as smaller 2bdr homes in Ronkonkoma and the surrounding areas.. There are some nice ones available now.
