Thanks EZ-

I'm definitely willing to work the financing piece-I'll touchbase with my realtor on what he can do for that aspect.

Hopefully, we can start generating some interest and at least some feedback on the place once we get a seller through.

I've been living in a 1 BR condo for the past couple years but with the Market where it's at right now, It's time to upgrade to a town house. Condo is located in a sold out development that has rentals as well with no vacancies.

Been on the market for 1 week with no showings yet-just curious on how I can work with my agent to market the opportunity and can call out the income generating potential of the place.

Thanks!

Sunny Minneapolis-St Paul Minnesota

Hell-o

Just wanted to introuduce myself and state my purpose-Here because I own and occupy a 1 BR condo unit in a desirable development that is completely sold out/rented. I'm listing the property for sale and want to appeal to someone who could potentially cashflow the unit (which I feel would be fairly simple for someone that has a greater ability to borrow than myself).

Hopefully I will get the answers I seek and some great advice!
