Hey guys, I am still in the reading/research stage of wholesaling real estate, and I do have some questions. I have been reading, watching, & listening to tons of information stating that wholesalers do not require a license to buy & sell. But in order to market a property that you have under contract, you have to be licensed. Then there is the memorandum of contract between you and the original seller so that the seller will not back out of your deal once they find out what you are making on said deal. Are these statements true? Because if so, I will be starting my journey under the radar. Can someone shed some light please?

Hello Bigger Pockets network, my name is Maurice. I just would like to say thank you in advance for all of the support & information I am gratefully ready to receive. I am new to the real estate scene, and I am also on my way towards financial freedom. I believe that in order to get it right, sometimes you have to fail a few times. But I think I am done with failure.
