Hello BP Family, My name is Jose Gomez and I'm originally from New York. I'm currently serving in the US Navy and preparing for retirement in the next few days. My wife Joanne is originally from St. Augustine and has been with the Department of Defense for 19 years. We have been interested in becoming real estate investors after renting out our homes when we had to move duty stations. We're interested in flipping as well as multifamily rentals. We joined BP because of the community minded aspect of the members as well as the ability to learn so much more from members willing to see others succeed. We recently read The Ultimate Beginners Guide and I can't explain how motivated we are right now. I'm sure you are all aware. I understand we have more reading and learning to do but I look forward to sharing our success stories and learning as much as possible from you all.
