My wife and are looking in the market for multifamily and SFR to either flip or hold in the Cumberland Country (Fayetteville, Fort Bragg, Hope Mills, Spring Lake) but we don't have the funds to get started. Are there any cash buyers investing in Carolina Beach? I'm a newbie with a motivated seller on my hands but I'm not sure if I can work this deal. I was hoping to get some advice on the buyer's end of wholesaling.
