Thanks for posting.  As a newbie investor IM scare to mess with any property with out the help of a realtor.

In case this deal comes along, I don't want to be totally confused.

After you agree on price to buy the Home, What steps should be taking Next

1)Do I get a full property disclosure from seller.  Then Submit Offer Letter?

2)Home INspector

3) Then realestate lawyer Right?

Since I'm new I will start local and start attending reia clubs. Plus reading through all the free advice on these forums

I'm in the market for an investment property and also in the market for a property manager.   Would it make sense to find a property management company that offered realtor services?  Or should I keep these services separate?  I seen several companies that offered realtor services in my area.

I don't know this for a fact, but my mother told me that banks sell there junk Homes at Auction.  Anything good the bank kept.  This is based on her experience working for the bank in the 70's

I been here a few days and I'm just amazed how much info is on here..
