My Daughter is currently a sophomore in college, steady/ moderate income, with a credit score of about 700. She has been very aggressive in trying to move out and getting her "own place" she would plan on renting out a room to assist with mortgage cost. I am just worried, will she be able to take own all the responsibilities of Home Ownership. She has about $2500 saved. Wise council would be greatly appreciated.  :)

well, the issue I'm having is with my credit.  I'm not "favorable" for a loan. And with very little capital, I  feel I am at a standstill.

I am so... Thankful for this site! OMG! I just wish it were my idea- :-) JOKING...

There is so much learning materials! the information is priceless-  I was up until 3 am (and back at it again) 

There is no excuse for anyone with the dream to invest to fail with this site. Reading the articles and listening to the podcast gives me so much hope! seriously- I feel like I wanna cry. But, I'll save the tears  for when I get that 1st deal. :-)

I started listening to several podcast Yesterday. Omg! You are are real..comedy. Not only are you guys asking great questions (appreciate) but your funny!  Omw to work this morning I was listening to umm? I believe podcast 54. I was laughing so... loud.  I like when you guys tease each other. Are you guys friends organically? Good stuff.
