I am trying to convince agents and lenders to give me potential short sales leads.

I emailed agents on CLs and nobody lets me complete my own short. Its like they do not trust me. I ask if they had any offers, and they all say no. You'd think they would give me a shot at it. What can I do to chance thier minds.

Thank you in advance!

Jason, I found short sales to be VERY easy for me. It is the Lease Option I find to be hard.
Anyway, my main thing is getting more leads in the pipleline through RE agents and knew thru emails from CLs seem to work for me.

How do I generate more leads that I know what to do with in the area of short sales? I don't know how to convince RE agents. I visited Craigslist and no luck.

Please Help...is there a free site or blog?

I can not insist the bank on what the HUD-1 commission is going to be. What I can do is give them a 4-6% commission when I sale. How bad can that get? Should I increase the commission to 10-15% when I sell, that seems a bit high.

What is your email address, I would love to show you my marketing techinque of what I say to agents.

I don't understand. The agent will get paid by the HUD-1 settlement. Since I do not intent to keep the property, I will need the agent to close and will earn a 4-6% commission at closing.

I will not pay the agent as a consultant since they are not consultanting anything. So, what you are telling me is the agent do not want to collect on two transactions back to back? That sounds crazy.

How? I give them a cashiers check for the give amount whether it be 1.5 million or less. I do not feel I HAVE to proof what is in my checking account. If they do not believe it is cash, then I do not want to work with them. What else can I do to have them trust me.

Actually, I allow my team of ex-loss mitigators do the short for me. We then get paid on the profit. As the bank to fax requirements for doing a short.

I am a short sale/foreclosure export working out of Daly City. I am always looking for RE agent who have great high-end over-leveraged that has a potential of doing a short. I do my own short, all cash, and give a 4-6% commission at closing. I also love networking with other investor in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area.

Happy Investing!
