I am planning to become a realtor, I am doing classes online so I do not have any people or a network to ask questions. I have another question.
Can real estate be sold on a part time basis? I really do not want to quit my FT job now.

I am working on my pre-license course for the state of PA. When I finally get my license and find a broker to hire me what can I expect to earn in my first year on average? also any tips of the trade from anyone is appreciated.
