trying to put together a whole sale deal on a investment property triplex owner asking price is 340.000 first floor unit 2bed $1100 second floor 2bed $890 3rd floor 3bed with a bilevel on 3rd and 4th floors $890 in very nice area of Philadelphia the university of Pennsylvania college is in that area comps in that area well over 410.000 need help writeing out contract this would be my first one
