I currently have one single family investment property and I'm looking to add a multifamily property to my portfolio. Pittsburg doesn't have the multifamily market I'm looking for so I'm looking to hire a property manager and go look elsewhere in Kansas to start. I'm looking for a real estate agent who is a part of the bigger pocket's community, rather than calling the numbers listed on Zillow.

Does anyone have any recommendations on home inspectors in Topeka?
