Hey BP, 

Garrett here. I'm a first time REI in the Colorado RE market. My current lease is in Downtown Denver, and it will run out in about 12 months. Once this lease runs out, I'm very interested in buying my first property here in Colorado.

My particular area of interest is going to be in Multi Family Homes like duplexes, triplexes, quadplexes, etc. 

I'm very keen and interested in the idea of "owner-occupying" this first property, all while the same time fixing it up, and using this as a vehicle for rental income in years to come. 

I'm eager to connect with other BP members, and learn and share stories for advice. 

I'd be very interested to connect with you if: 

-you are familiar with the Denver CO area RE Market

-you have experience in MFH properties

-you are a young early investor in RE

-you have any advice for 1st time home buyers
