So my wife and I are brand new to investing and was looking at different ways to generate income. We both have fulltime jobs, but we would like to replace those and work in the real estate business. I also just re-activated my real estate license. Thank you for your help!

Good morning everyone!

My wife and I are just getting started out in investing in Real Estate. Are there any fellow investors in the Erie, PA area that can point us to a good attorney and accountant that they work with? We are trying to get our ducks in a row. We got approved for a HELOC loan and also got pre-appproved for a mortgage. We are looking for buy and hold properties or even lending.

Looking for examples of writing up  business plan and marketing plan. We are new to this, so starting from scratch. We are very excited to get started with LTR and then some flipping. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
