Hi Tim Thank you for the information! Well I wish I had the cash would be buying up foreclosures at this point. Looking to put 20% down. Oh course want to use the 2% rule where if I could find property rents out for 1100 for $55,000. Cap rate 8% or more. To cash flow net at least $250 per property. Would prefer duplex or triplex but single family is good ... Looks like maybe SE Grand Rapids area would be in my price range. Have never been in your area would be great to connect with realtor for sure and you thanks ! Glorianne

Hello

I am a real estate investor newbie currently living in Fountain Valley CA. I really appreciate this forum and have learned already so much from the podcasts! I'm  always listening 

In my car on my way to work and whenever I have a free moment.  I am interested in the buy and hold strategy 

Concentrating on multi family in the out of state market. Looking into Grand Rapids MI area. Would like to  connect up with someone local in area to find out more about it and maybe Other areas that might be good as well .
