Hi Ladies,  

Been an investor for close to 20 years; big cities to small town.  Love the business!

Thanks @Aaron K. I agree and already have high deductibles.  

When we compare costs to cover and what we have actually received in claims (we rarely claim, normally pay out of pocket to keep premiums lower), it seems we may be in better shape to self-insure.  Experience in this?  Pros? Cons?  Suggestions?
