I am looking for a 2 - 3 BR property with 2BA preferably with pool access near downtown.  I have a little experience with rental properties where we live but I do not have any experience with vacation rentals and associated costs, such as Cond fees, flood insurance, property management fees, etc.  Thank you for your input.

I'm interested in purchasing investment property in Ocean City, MD. I live in Pennsylvania and we typically vacation in OCMD 1 or 2 times per year. I'm looking for a property we can use but also one to rent when we are not there. Price range around $200,000. Input from anyone with experience in this area would be greatly appreciated.
