Hi All

I am looking for abandon construction projects in the Northeast…projects that where started but not completed. I am interested in buying them or partnering with the builder/developer. If anyone hears of anything please let me know.

We all know that multi-family units are valued for there cash flow, but as a parent you can't beat them for trick-or-treating. Hope everyone had a great Halloween!

Hi Jon

Thanks for the welcome! And to all that read this sorry for posting my email in the original thread. My bad, didn't know any better, do now.

We are not volume builders, we are focused on the high end market. We just sold one we finished up in East Hampton and are planning 3 starts over the winter in the Hamptons as well.

Thanks so much for the welcome

Glenn

Hi All.

New to BP and love it, what fun! Been reading posts and It really feels like a community.

I live in New Paltz NY, about an 1.5 hours north of NYC with my lovely wife and 2 amazing kids. I have been a spec home builder, fix & flipper and a small land developer since the 80’s.

Took a few hits during the downturn/bubble but back on track and ready to do business.

Always looking for the next big thing so I started my own crowdfunding site.  Very cool stuff.  Just starting to work with other builders and RE operators who need funds, really enjoying it all, we’ll see how it goes.

Just had coffee with a new friend I meet on BP over the weekend, looks like we will do a deal together, will keep anyone interested up to date on our progress.

When not working I love playing tennis with friends and family and I also have a deep appreciation for modern art and real high quality cabinetry tools.

Cheers

Glenn

We have an induction cook top at home, my wife and I love it.  It boils a pot of water in about a minuet.

Hi Mark

Thanks  for the tip on hotels I will definitely use that.

I think people who can show a little humility are the ones we should seek out and do business with and I would worry about the ones who have never made mistakes.

Hi All

I am new to BP and was updating my profile. In the profile area there are text boxes we all filled out so that others can see our experience, our goals and what we are currently interested in.

So I started to think about the work I have done and then it dawned on me that perhaps what is most important is not necessarily my experience but the mistakes I have made and what I have learned from them.

Maybe the founders of this most excellent website would consider putting in a text box for “Mistakes I have made & what I learned”. Then others could use the info to avoid making the same mistake. I think it would help a lot of people, I wish I had a database like that over the last few decades. Just an idea. Cheers!
