Hi im a Marine vet. I too would love to be apart of a military meet up. I dont know if you guys know but i learned through researching the VA gaurantee it allows two vets to partner and buy 4 units plus 1 additional unit per veteran on a residential loan instead of commercial. Very interesting i thought. Let me know what you all think.

Hey Maxwell. Well I am new to Miami myself so I can't tell you much as far as the market yet. I have some friends here in Miami that do market and investment analysis in this area and I am working on gaining some insight from them. I have a partner in Jacksonville who is looking into some properties in Oceanway and even Yulee. It seems the path of progress is heading that way and even the Riverside area. 

Hopefully I will come across more information about the Miami market soon and will be able to tell the you more. Tell me about your real estate experience. Murray hill? Decent area for sure. What do you know about the markets in Jacksonville today? Thanks for responding
