Thanks Steven. I will definitely keep you in mind. I (We) my wife are also looking into possibly retiring in SC. I have about two yrs or less to take care of loose end here in southern Nj. And build a small portfolio. 
What is you opinion on setting up LLC and other aspects of this business first. Or just Buy and transfer layer

GulfWar, US ARMY 101st Airborne Ranger (NO SLACK)!!  After 32 years in Electrical construction and project management I have decided to retire. Now to devoting my time to the multi-family market.
