@Denise Evans but I have pictures of the people moving out and basically the property was abandoned right after the tax sale so I think it is my responsibility to make sure a busted lock that I can't lock is replaced and that I don't get weed liens I could have sworn I read that.

@Denise Evans oh well I just sent her a message that said I was willing to charge her $0 for preservation improvements if she was willing to sign a notarized piece of paper that said this was the end of it.

@Denise Evans I could have sworn that I read in the book I was responsible for weed liens and if I didn't cut the grass then I would be responsible for the tickets the property received

@Denise Evans the tax auction was in July on the 5th I don't even have the tax certificate yet and she has contacted a lawyer and is very upset that I have been cutting the grass and that one day when I showed up it look like somebody tried to take apart the lock because the front door and back door were both wide open so I tried to lock them back and the front door wouldn't lock so I replaced just the deadbolt on the front door the lock that was messed up

How do I get a hostile redemptioner who refuses to work with me to pay for clearly justifiable preservation improvements done up to the point of redemption?
