Hey! I'm interested in investing in the PA area. I am starting out and want to begin my journey to building my portfolio.  Im ready to start on my first venture. Can you please share what areas are the best to invest in in this current market of high interest rates and low inventory? Which areas are best for renting out in good neighborhoods? Please provide insight as I'm not too familiar w area. Was also thinking about Pocono area but seems so run down... How do I even begin narrowing it down? Thanks
