I've been wanting to invest in real estate for several years, but didn't really know where to start without funds or investors. I found the podcasts by Sean Terry and have been listening to them every day and am truly motivated to learn everything there is to know and get started and feel that wholesaling is the best way to start for me.
What I really need is a mentor that I can assist in finding the properties in exchange for the education and experience, so if there is anyone in the San Diego area that needs a bird dog, let me know.
As for wholesaling, does anyone have a contract that works for California or could tell me where to get one?
