Does anyone know if realinvestorwebsite's integrate submission forms to RealProspect?

Wow, thank you gang for the great advice on the different kinds of software to use for RE investing. I must say Realinvestorsoftware seems affordable and Realprospect too. I will investigate some of the no obligation software mentioned on this forum.

I am considering Quickbooks with excel integration and if properly set up could be sufficient. I would like to see a software program that combines accounting, prospecting, marketing and the integration of pulling comparable to determine a property value. In addition, a program that allows one to make multiple offers directly from the program. All one has to do is fill out the purchase contract and send it via fax or e-mail. Another nice feature is to integrate with MLS.

Does anyone have a website designed to generate leads? I am looking at a couple sites to develop mine. I am looking at realestateinvestorwebsites.com, which looks worth it. In addition, it's not very expensive and provides much education on google ad-words.

Hello everyone, my name is Philip, I am 47 and a semi-retired ironworker. I am married with a two boys, 16 and 20. I sustained an injury at my workplace in 2008 and have been unemployed and on disability since then. My case is nearing a settlement and I have decided to become a Real Estate investor.

I have investigated many sites and so called mentors that will help you for a ton of upfront money. I came across this site searching about an investor named Phil Pustejovsky and discovered many individuals do not care for him. Anyway, glad to be a part of honest investors and hope I can gain some insight on investing in Southern California.
