Wow that's amazing I love to see people be able to buy 3-5 houses a month that encourages me thank you for the input I have been keeping a track of the types of mailings to see what's working ,I have not done the the signs yet and as far MLS I have not tried it I am not sure what to look for on the MLS

Hello I am working on my first lead that I got the seller are looking for an all Cash deal now I have a hard money lender but on my contract should I write in that I am going for hard money lender or should o just Wright all CASH as I think they would like to see this and accept my offer ??
