I participated in last nights BP Webinar and loved the information given! If you participated as well, what did you think? I am also reaching out regarding an opportunity to shadow a real estate wholesaler. I'd love to speak with you and send you some deals I may come across on my own, just for analytical purposes. I am not looking to get rich quick. I would like to make a legitimate business out of this to jump start and add value to my real estate investing. Thank you so much for the suggestions! I’m looking forward to researching some good deals. I believe bandit signs might not be legal in my area. As for living close to school you should try the house hacking strategy!
