Hi there,

Thanks everyone you for sharing your insights. I am new to the thread - have been in Lisbon for a few years now and looking to purchase my first investment property. I am looking at similar requirements to Mauro above.

Does anyone have experience purchasing properties outside the primary channels like real estate brokers, for example through auction sites or banks? I found euroestates.pt, but haven't tested it.

When Covid gets under control, I would love to organize a Lisbon physical meetup for real estate investors.
