Hello! I'm running short of idea on where/how to find a Team of cleaners for my large house in Weeki Wachee. My past cleaners were not found on google reviews, but word to mouth: problem being I don't get feedback from reviews. I contacted other neighbors's hosts for suggestions on cleaners (but they don't like to share) Facebook groups (still waiting), and nextdoor (lots of unsolicited random cleaners running their business solo). I'm not stinking demanding but for 5 star reviews, I need cleaners who are thorough, consistent, have a team in place, can stage, and can report to me everything they notice. I welcome your suggestions

Hello Gregory! wow: thanks for enlighten me. I honestly did not even think about that. That is true, I disregarded the advantages of the quad having lower operational costs. Also, I think, general maintenance is centralized so 1 handyman could care for all units, which makes it easier to manage. Thank you.

Hello Marcus and thanks for making me aware that my message is unclear. What I meant to ask was where can I retrieve data/analytics on what is the demand for property types in my area? For example; young professional may trigger higher demand for smaller units. How do I know if tenants in certain area, are X demographics, have X income, and prefer X type of property. Some other areas may attract influx of residents from other states who find triplex on very small lots attractive. where do I find that data? Thanks for your patience guys.

Hello, I recently purchased160 acres along Lake George in Florida. Wetland delineation and survey done. No site drawing done yet!  I'm seeking a mentor/expert to guide me through developing an RV park since our vision is to develop an eco-tourism business and preserve species. Also, would anyone know of highly technical/good-quality classes I could take regarding planning, zoning, and designing a park? Thank you guys!
