Hey guys my name's Gio out here in Bakersfield CA and I'm the biggest freaking newb when it comes to real estate, but diving deep into all the info there is available out there about REI has motivated me to quit my job and focus solely on making this my career. My question is simple, how do I negotiate a lower price with the properties my realtor is sending me so that I can perform a live in flip? I'm planning on using a hard money lender since my credit probably won't allow me to receive an FHA loan and I have literally nothing to put down except my blood sweat and tears. hell of a way to bust into the game but reading Brandon Turner's book about how to invest with no and low money down leads me to believe that it's possible. If there's anyone out there who knows about this process and is willing to help I would genuinely appreciate it. Thanks guys!
