Can anyone tell me where it is best to place marketing material in or around the Philadelphia area? I hear bandit signs and other mailing marketing material is the best but where do I target? I want to make sure I get contracts in areas that a buyer would want to buy from. Thank you for any direction.

Bob McGhee THANK YOU! successful people ALWAYS come through and help! I really glad I found this post; because, I’m in the same position and ready to start wholesaling. I needed some step by step details to find a path. Thanks Bob!

I’m kind of disheartened to hear that a lot of people do not trust wholesalers. I’m looking to go into it with integrity, honest and educated in the field to the best of my ability.

Thank you, Ralph!  I've been busy but can't wait to dive into some podcasts and really explore the site thoroughly.

thank you George! This is a fantastic site . I don't feel lost in the wind because I know I can get some honest direction. I'm feeling out my niche, I have heard wholesaling is a great way to being without going over your head too quickly if you're just starting out. And thank you for reaching out. I'm appreciative with peoples generosity with what they know. I've met some stingy people who don't want to give the best advise , so this response and interaction is refreshing.

Hello fellow newbies! I am very happy I found this site. I've already made connections with pros that have been doing this for years. Looking forward to networking to build professional relationships  and to also build my knowledge in all areas of real estate.  So many people have been open and honest with what they know ... I couldn't be more grateful.
