@Marian Huish

I’m in Salt Lake City, Utah and looking to get back in sales. I haven’t heard of this company but like the idea of the cloud and earning other ways. I’ve been in commercial property management for the last 11 years. I had to make the change when the market turned in 2007. I have requested information and would like to put my license with them, do they give you leads? Not sure how many agents are in the Salt Lake City area, but I guess it doesn’t matter. If they could provide some leads to give me leg up to get going again, that would be great.

@Michelle DeWoskin I just read the above posts but had already posted the one below. Hopefully, there is something you can do to get some of the money back since it was NEVER disclosed and when it was, It was hours prior to closing. Seems fraudulent

@Michelle DeWoskin Hi Michelle, didn’t he supply you with a signed good faith estimate? You can request a copy of the closing documents 24 hours prior to closing for review, and ask them to fix that amount prior to going in to close.

@Moses Brach Have you asked him for the money back as the contract wouldn’t be valid? If he won’t refund the money, I would ask for a cashiers check, I would take him to small claims where you can sue for the $5,000 for a small filing fee. If you tell him your suing him, maybe he’ll rerun your money, but I wouldn’t hold your breath. Go after him, don’t let get away with it.

Thank you, Kim. I actually belong to IREM and have attended multiple meeting, but I will check out the association you have listed and attend a meeting with them.

@Paul Luczynski that sounds easy enough. I would do a physical check more than once a month, I actually manage one property now that states that they change the filter quarterly in the lease. I also have them auto deposit the rent and they have been excellent tenants. I did run a through background and credit check. Thanks for the feedback. 👍🏻

I'm looking at starting a business in Property Management and would like feedback on what owners are looking for in a management company.  I have managed commercial real estate in Utah for the last eleven years and looking to go out on my own.  I run a tight ship and can offer great customer service and have a great background in real estate and management.

Hi Ricardo,

Are the properties in Salt Lake City, Utah.  I have been in property management for eleven years, If the asset is in Utah, I would be happy to speak with you about pricing for professional management of your asset.

Best,

Gina
