Hello,

Does anyone have a blank New Jersey Assignment Contract for wholesaling?

Hey Joel, this sounds like a great idea. What is the most time consuming aspect about this for you? Is it family life mixed with work? Or just the listening and editing? Or other details I’m missing?

Hi @Remi Oguntoye. Thanks for your response. I'm interested in the BRRRR method. My goal is to build a portfolio of multi families. I have been enjoying the educational part of this process, but I'm eager to get my feet wet. I don't currently have enough personal savings to dive in and have been entertaining the idea of a hard money loan. Admittedly, I've been allowing myself to get caught up in the fear of the unknown. My biggest fear is messing up the financial aspect and being faced with a huge amount of debt and no way to pay it off.

Work on the 7 unit came to an end and the apartments are being rented out. I decided to take all the skills (old and new) I had and put them into something that could give me a financial track record. Construction is great work/income, but it’s all cash and not a great way to build rapport with banks and lending institutions.  I’m now working as a leasing professional for a property group with over a hundred locations across the US. However, my goal of buying and holding multi families is still alive and well.
I look forward to taking the big leap and sharing my success stories with the BP family.

Hello,

I’m looking for a 203k loan in NJ. I’m hoping to speak with someone experienced who can help me get my ducks in a row. I’m in Bergen County, Cliffside Park. Looking forward to chatting.

These are all amazing success stories. I am no where near the point where I can quit my job. But these stories definitely give me a boost of confidence and motivation to keep learning and moving forward. I can’t wait to also share my success story with everyone and hopefully encourage someone to else on their path to financial freedom.

Good luck with your decision!

Thank you @Nicole Heasley Beitenman & @Carlos Villalobos.

I will definitely look into that book. I'm currently reading BRRRR by David Greene.

@Marcus Auerbach I had an agent (who is also my cousin), however she does not have a lot of experience with rentals and flips in my area. I wanted to give her the business, but it looks like I might have to find someone better suited to help me with my needs.

Is it too soon to start speaking with a mortgage broker about the 203k loan?

Thanks @Marcus Auerbach

I was specifically interested in doing a house hack combined with the BRRRR method, and how to accomplish that.
