Manufactured on a foundation. Almost 1/2 acre with two beds, two baths, and two two-car garage. Great wooded and tree subdivision near lake and town. Could rent for 1100 to 1200. Cash investor only. Great for rental or Airbnb.  85k obo priced to move.

Hello,
Such an old post, but I am finding that even though I have only one property, I am using multiple channels, so streamlining messages, getting notifications, and sending contracts is so much easier with a channel manager. I am on Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and HipMunk. With a channel manager, you may be able to get on Google.com, depending on the one you choose.

I want to add that my property is also rented out with a Main House, a main house with cottages, and just the cottages. I get a bigger bang for my buck renting out the whole place, so I use multiple channels for the entire property. So, a channel manager adds ease to this. I have my smaller separate units listed only on Airbnb.

I hope this helps someone. Be blessed and prosperous.

Best,
G

@Mark Pedroza Thanks so much! I was looking for those just the other day.
@Ozzy Sirimsi Thank you so much. I have been learning away and using the tools for analysing deals.
@January Johnson Currently, I do not. I am just sharing my experiences. I am adding my short-term property onto other platforms.
I also am listing it as a temporary, fully furnished home for MTR's and just signed up for price labs to get better pricing. I am determined to solve this problem :) Thank you!
@Anthony L Amos Jr Thank you for the tips!

@Aj Parikh  Thanks so much. I am looking at the East Coast as well. I have a daughter in Maryland, and we have looked at surrounding cities and states.
I am not married to a location yet but places that are near her and my son in Texas are ideal.

Quote from @Shawn McCormick:

@Gina Lujan Sorry to hear that! Maybe explore finding someone to arbitrage your STR? I'm not a big fan of the strategy, but also hate to see you lose money. When you bought, did you have other exit strategies like MTR or LTR, will it cash flow that way. Or have you asked others to evalutate your listing to maybe see where you may have deficiencies that could improve your cash flow and fill up the calendar?

What other markets are you interested in? Are you looking out of state? Where do you like to vacation, maybe consider that and do a second home loan so you have less cash in the deal this time? (assuming you used 20+% down on the first). I'm in Florida, so I know nothing about your market, but always happy help problem solve.

Best of luck!

@Shawn McCormick   Thanks so much. This was my first time buying an investment, and since I was a super host before doing arbitrages, I swore it would be a piece of cake because this place is fantastic, but here I am, paying out most of my mortgage every month. Due to the fires and it is rural, everything costs more. So now I am looking at other options such a mtr and ltr's.

I am looking out of state for my next purchase and for a  LTR until I can solve this problem. Thank you so much!

Hi there,
I am new here and a newbie investor. I have one primary and one investment property. My investment property is for short-term rentals; not my first rodeo at hosting, but my first time losing money. I am currently seeking out new opportunities and have cash for another. I try to consume as much knowledge as possible daily and not freak out too much about my Airbnb property :). I am also intentionally seeking to build relationships.
