Its a lot of naysayers and debbie downers who themselves just do not have the work ethics or drive to do it themselves. They will make every excuse in the book, why it can't be done. Even some people in the real estate industry are negative. Get around positive minded people who are making things happen, they don't all have to be in real estate either. You have no time for that nonsense and sad to say this, but do not share your business with everybody. Just do not let everybody in your circle, as a new investor you need nothing but support, and sometimes its not your friends or family. Follow your passion and good luck.
