@Chris K. Okay I will do that, thank you for the advice. I have never done a real estate deal ever, where can I get a real estate contract?

Hey everyone, I'm planning on doing contract assignments for properties out of state. I live in NYC and the prices here are incredible compared to those out of state. Since I currently cannot afford a professional appraisal I was wondering if I can rely on Zillow estimates for market values.

@Matt Deibel I'm looking for a SFR somewhere close to me. Like New Jersey for instance, but if there are any offers I will look into them. Like I said above I have never made a deal before so I'm new to the game

Hey, I am a complete novice in real estate investing. I have never made a deal or anything, but I have done my research on the market. I would really appreciate if any experts can provide me with some information on starting and closing my first deal. Thank you.
