The “why” is the most important factor in anything one does. My “why” for creating this meet up is to assist beginners & seasoned real estate professionals set& share new goals for the year, learn more about real estate investing, network for opportunities, discuss strategy, & to learn new ideas/techniques.

You can expect to meet mentors, mentees, investors, realtors, attorneys, potential partners, private lenders, equity investors & more.

The first 30 minutes will consist of preliminary networking followed by a hour will of panel driven conversation with three guest speakers. The guest speakers are each established & experieced investors, realtors & attorneys in their respective fields.. The last hour will consist of networking with complimentary snacks & beverages. I hope those who are able to make it come out !

Hello everyone, I am actively seeking to connect with anyone on this site that is active in the Huntsville, AL Market. I have a potential deal that I am analyzing but would like to exchange thoughts and ideas with someone who is familiar with the market either by way of doing deals or just living in the area. This is a great thread & I would like to add just one thought, I have not seen anyone mention peer-to-peer payment apps as a method of pulling the funds from credit cards. I know Venmo & Square Cash allow you to send other people (like your spouse or a trusted family member) funds that they can deposit in their bank account (and then give back to you), with a credit card. 

With Square Cash I believe the charge 3% of the total transfer and have a weekly $2500 sending limit. I know the sending limit is probably relatively small compared to the cash you might be looking to pull out of your credit card but its just another option I haven't seen mentioned.

@Christopher Phillips this was very well explained, I'm familiar with the strategy but this was some solid reinforcement thank you.
