Are there any new laws in the state of Virginia on wholesale?
Seen where other states are saying that you must have a real estate license to do wholesale transactions now

It's hard to find anyone interested in buying a house with a cistern water system.

advantage or disadvantage?

So I’m thinking of renting my mobile home out to anyone that is willing to fix what needs to be fixed (which isn’t really that much) for a couple months rent free to start.

Any advice on whether I should pursue this. I find a lot of advantages on going this route.

Anyone ever did this or is doing this?

To do or not to do? And why.

Thank you and hope all is well!

Hi Ron. You explained it well, thank you. Makes sense. Reminds me a little of "tax liens''

Hello everyone. What is the difference between a judicial and non-judicial foreclosure?

And how does it affect a buyer?
