In my state, veterans can set up an llc free of cost. That part is done but what else do I need to cover my bases for property management/investment? In terms of getting in order with the government. Thank you for your time.

I want to get a good foundation, and since I don’t know anything everything looks like a good starting point. What book from BiggerPockets should I start with? I want to stick to one learning source until I get my bearing in this world.
