From what I see all the people answering to me here (and there are so many) are just coming against and refusing to agree with my simple statement:

"a landlord is not above the law or norms by its personal choice or presumed capability to judge what he don't know"

or as well

"a landlord cannot deny or miscarriage a service to a stranger without a known valid reason and at the same time pretend to be operating professionally or loyally to the moral"

Basically I'm telling if you are not able to do your business correctly it would be better to find someone else than you, mainly when your ideas about "squatter" or fair treatment are coming from ignorance or completely invented.

I think I addressed all your (many) responses, now please just settle on. I deserved better treatment I haven't had that's all, also here there's no help I'll accept it and figure it out by myself.

I have been receiving wrong accommodations and prices because because their personal life background, they were incapable of screening me nonetheless I had good credit and clear profile, they were just discriminating on the basis of their scarce preparation to human situation and so by their presuppositions, that's probably also illegal.

You cannot say landlords are to be forgiven because they are doing a needed service, instead it's for that very reason they have to admit their fault and change their way of behave: if a business owner is occupying the market with bad practices and wrong services it's likely they need to leave their place and let others settle in who can operate the business correctly, their even more such of problem if their services is basic, but it's quite absurd it's on me to explain you this.

Landlords would have to better understand theirs are affairs on a public market, it's not private or personal matter, and as so they have to behave buy clearly stated rules or face immediate consequences. If at another shop, let's say the grocery shop, the employee would leave the place instead of serving you that would be very quickly unacceptable.

I very understand your speech but it's hard to believe the tenant has nowadays became invested of a far bigger responsibility than the landlord in making it possible to be having depicted an accurate profile also because is the landlord indeed who's on the business and receiving the money.

Thanks your intervening here though

I think behind tenant screenings and leases there is a quality of a landlord that's also as a person that is the respect for a good person and the intelligence of making fair affairs.

For me for ten years in the past I had a house of 650sqft (two rooms and cozy kitchen) where I always have been giving away one of the room for others who were asking for help for themselves and I didn't had any earnings for me by that, and that has been during for many and many years, meanwhile I was surely needing more space for me, for my business in a studio and for my own personal life I eventually could have been having.

Nonetheless this, on last years I had no more an house and I needed a room for rent, but even before any screening the landlords were being unrespectful and very unreasonably severe to me, they often had making me lose so much time by no taking or going away to the point I had no other choices in the end, and they set me in the wrong places for me, dangerous ones, too small, too big and very expensive, unhealthy ones or not providing anything at all when it was obvious they needed to.

To me this kind of behaviour is very wrong, mostly because usually they are the same people who pretend respects and acts as they are very careful and attentive to housing situations in general, but with me, they have been lying above anything and just disrespected the person at a human level.

I wonder why this has to ever be happening.
