Please!! I need help...I have found a recent a possible Wholesale/Regular Flip Property that has a potential of a $500k profit minimum. But I have tried to contact owners via the available phone numbers and no one has gotten back to me. Though the property has been abandoned for 4-yrs but was sold at auction almost a year ago. So my question is could I go to the county recorder’s office to find this who to contact and what info should I be looking for and/or need when I get to the Recorder’s Office…..Thanks
