Hello 

@Deborah Hardin thanks for your response but I talked to a local attorney about my situation and he did a title search and it's clean but my biggest concern is that I asked him about a quiet title action and he's convinced for whatever reason I don't need to file suit 

I'm so lost

Thanks for your concern Steven I will in contact with attorneys soon I really don't care about a marketable title I just need to know what can the previous owner do after the redemption period and litigation period is over

Hello BP I'm new to this process but in Arkansas I'm aware that there is a 10 day redemption period following the tax sale and also a 90 day litigation period my question is can the former owner take back the property after both periods have pasted or is it a good idea to file legal proceeds? Even if I'm not planning on selling the property?
