Thank for the feedback guys. Had no idea there were this many options.  I actually have a friend using Venmo for his tenant. Which is purely a money transfer system. And they both love it. Now at least I have some options to investigate

Hi Everyone,

Just closed on first investment property recently.  What is the best way to automate my tenant's rent payments? I'm looking for using electronic payments, and read about the app Cozy. Suggestions? Thoughts? Much appreciated.
