Welcome to your ticket to urban bliss in the heart of Ybor City, FL! A sleek and modern masterpiece, this 3 year old duplex was built by award winning Gulf Bay Builders. Each unit is slightly less than 1300 square feet. Awarded for their National Green Building Standards (NGBS) this duplex is constructed with everything to enhance the performance of this property. This Energy-Efficient duplex includes the most advanced manufacturing methodologies available today. The net-zero attainable duplex feature SIPS (structured insulated panel system), Icynene ProSeal Insulation, and Jeld-Wen Hurricane Impact Resistant Windows.. Measuring 2688 square feet, this gem features not one, but two mirror-image units, each 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Positioned in a rapidly gentrifying neighborhood, this property stands as a beacon of potential as an investment in a flourishing community which is still located in a Florida Opportunity Zone. Within a stone's throw of Ybor's vibrant energy, this duplex places you less than a 10-minutes from Sparkman's Wharf, Amalie Arena, Water Street, and Riverwalk. This area is poised to skyrocket in desirability once the city wraps up its improvements in the Channelside District within the next 1 to 2 years. Contact me for more information.

Since disclosure laws are state specific, you would need to get advice from someone with knowledge of CT regulations, but that sounds crazy to me. I would contact another realtor for a second opinion and/or research it myself. You can usually find answers like this online. Good luck!

Hey Kiara,

Good advice on the previous replies. I am in Tampa, so if I can help in any way let me know. I have helped a lot of rookie investors get their first property over the years.

Right now the property insurance situation in Florida is a mess. Florida has the highest homeowners insurance premiums in the country if you can get it. If you are looking at SFR's to invest in, make sure you have a good handle on the insurability of the property or what it would take to make it insurable. Condos are a bit easier as the structure itself is usually covered by the COA, but even then, make sure you take a look at the association's financials.
