I am buying a 3 family property for rentals but the heating system is oil with only one boiler supplying the heat and hot water to each unit. Can someone please advise if there is a way to have each tenant be responsible for their own heating? Is it easy to convert to Propane or Gas?

I'm new at this and I do not want to end up paying so much for oil and not making any money on the property.
