Thanks Hai. LOL. I am happy with Toronto, but development lots in LA are relatively cheap overall and my Architect has extensive connections with Builders, Developers, Consultants and Trades in CA, so it makes sense as a satellite. And its a lot warmer in winter:)

I work in partnership with an internationally recognized Architect also based in Toronto who previously lived in San-Francisco and is registered in-state and previously worked for SOM before doing her post graduate in Architecture at Harvard.
