Hi BP family, I'm new to the forum and this is my first post. I'm looking to begin my career as a real estate investor. My wife is an agent and I have a background in finance. I'm looking to get started by wholesaling but I wanted to know if anyone here has recent experience in wholesaling in the Los Angeles market? I grew up in Bakersfield, which I travel to often, and I'm also considering looking into deals in that market since it's still affordable and I'm familiar with most of the neighborhoods. Anyone have advice on how to get started?
