@Frank Patalano pulled the trigger on 2 trilevel houses. So desperate to purchase the third but have to wait to get the funds together.

@Glenn English I would purchase 4 homes tri-level @ 200k to 240k. I do the tri-level cause I can convert them in duplex. I have 2 houses using this method they generate 1450 a month after paying mortgages.
