How can you get in multi family deals with no money down ? What’s the exact steps you took on your first deal for multi family apt units

2021 is in a couple of days!! I’m eager for success I’ve moved to Atlanta too pursuit my dreams in real estate .I’m living with my best friend we are empowerment coaches for the youth ohh yea he Does stock !!, I’m working at the gym do I not want to work there of course not but I got to keep the lights on I meant that in the Most humblest way . I’ve been denied all real estate positions for work as well cause I have no experience. I just wanted to do anything that has to do with real estate and build network from there !

Let me tell you about myself.

I ’m very good at speaking to people I love speaking to people actually . I’m also bilingual I can read and write in Spanish . I’m great at doing analysis as well giving great information building relationships.

My credit isn’t great just yet I’m working on it but it’s very low momentarily as well I don’t have cash.

Don’t know what to do any pointers ?
